Our outpatient program extends service coordination to supporting individuals in managing symptoms of their mental distress, as well as linking and referring them to appropriate community resources. Service coordination provides on-going assistance to help individuals with co-occurring mental and substance related disorders achieve an optimum quality of life
HALO provides adults and adolescents an opportunity for reflection through introspection, education and mindfulness practice.
HALO is a Dual Diagnosis Capable (DDC) counseling and therapeutic establishment. We address co-occurring mental and substance related disorders.

Services begin with an assessment to identify individual problems and resources, set treatment goals, and plan treatment. Counseling and psychotherapy services are often linked to other agency services, as well as ongoing support or self-help groups in the community.
HALO counselors must hold a minimal International Level Master License as Alcohol and Drug Counselor
